Silver Snowflake Wedding Cake.  This cake had a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and mocha filling,  encased in a vanilla butter cream.  The middle layer was a moist delicious carrot cake.  The snowflakes were made out of royal icing and white chocolate.  This hexagon cake feeds 50,  not including cake top.

Gold Toned Calla Lily Wedding Cake.  This wedding cake was covered in a taupe rolled fondant.  Each calla lily was hand rolled and hand painted with edible gold luster.  This cake was a french vanilla cake,  encased and filled with a vanilla butter cream.  This round cake feeds 50,  not including the top.

Wedding Cake with snow covered trees and snowflakes.  The ice blue fondant was a beautiful accent to this winter scene.  This cake was a french vanilla cake with a raspberry filling encased in a vanilla butter cream.  This round cake feeds 30, not including cake top.  Bottom layer is an artificial layer.
