Wedding Cakes

Wedding cakes should be a reflections of the bride and groom and the themes they have chosen for their wedding.  Your wedding cake is a labor of love for A.W. Confections.  We consider it an honor to be chosen to share your day. 

Our wedding cakes are all custom made. We have a variety of shapes, which include round, oval, heart, square, hexagon, and scalloped. All can be mixed and matched to create a beautiful cake. 

All wedding cakes are made to order.  They are not baked until 24 hours before wedding.  This ensure maximum freshness and flavor.  Never should a cake be frozen or made ahead.  There is just no need and you will NOT find that here.  GUARANTEED.

Flavors

Traditional flavors: white, french vanilla, old fashion yellow, dutch chocolate, dark chocolate, and marble

 

Contemporary flavors: roasted hazelnut, strawberry, lemon, spice, carrot, banana chocolate chip, etc.

 

Custom made flavors: We pride ourselves on making a custom made cake, which includes any flavor you would like. So if you can taste in your dreams, we can create for your special day.

Frosting and filling

Traditional Buttercream flavored with a rich vanilla flavor. This is a whipped, made from scratch icing.

Contemporary flavors: Orange Buttercream, Cream Cheese Icing, Mocha Icing, Chocolate Buttercream

Fondant Icing, Gum Paste Bow and Flowers also available

Our fillings include: raspberry, strawberry, lemon, chocolate ganache, almond filling, etc.
